1. Introduction Welcome to Family Power App. These Terms of Use govern your use of the subscription services offered within the App. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Overview Family Power offers a monthly subscription that grants access to premium features. The subscription fee is currently 6,99 € per month.
3. Automatic Renewal Your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Upon renewal, the same payment method used for the initial purchase will be charged.
4. Cancellation You can cancel your subscription anytime through your respective app store:
Apple App Store: Manage your subscription via your Apple ID settings.
Google Play Store: Manage your subscription via Google Play settings.
Once canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period.
5. No Refunds Payments for the subscription are non-refundable, and no partial refunds are granted for unused portions of the subscription period, except as required by applicable law or the respective app store’s policies.
6. Changes to Subscription and Pricing We reserve the right to modify the subscription pricing and features at any time. In case of a price change, you will be notified in advance through the respective app store, and you will have the option to continue or cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect. Changes will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of Apple and Google.
